United's Army Combat Uniform is assembled in the U.S. using Defender M 6.5 oz. fabric. The fabric is NIR compliant and inherently flame resistant. During testing, it maintained no after flame or melting after 25 wash cycles. Each garment provides Permethrin insect repellant protection. The coat is built to MIL Spec GL/PD 07-13 with slanted chest pockets and bellowed sleeve pockets. It also has Rank and FOF tags with velcro at the chest. The trouser is built to MIL Spec GL/PD 07-14C. It is reinforced at the knees, thigh and shin pockets.
