Double-sided design is labeled with fractions on one side and percentages on the other to teach relationships between the concepts of fractions and percentages. Circles are color-coded to match other Learning Resources Rainbow Fraction manipulatives (sold separately) for extended learning. Fraction circles are designed for children ages 6 and up.
